A New Hope...

Well, the reality is finally upon me - a big life-change coming up and a reason for this blog to exist. Over the next few weeks I will be packing up or leaving behind four decades of life in the UK and moving my little family unit to Seattle, the home of Starbucks, grunge music and various tech companies. I'm filled with trepidation and excitement in equal measure at the prospect, and I'll be spilling both onto these pages as events unfold. Stay tuned.
